2. One (1) Chump Change Daily Lotto game card per game per day.
3. Pick one number (0-9) for each row (rows 1-4).
4. To win, you must match the numbers in the correct order.
5. Your prize will be submitted to your paypal account within 7-10 business days.

The Odds of Winning Chump Change Lotto:
$0.02 cents for matching 1 number (odds: 10 to 1)
$0.05 cents for matching 2 numbers (odds: 100 to 1)
$1.00 dollar for matching 3 numbers (odds: 1000 to 1)
$5.00 dollar for matching all 4 numbers (odds: 10,000 to 1)
